Let’s Rope Privacy Policy

By posting your ads on Let’s Rope, you agree to the following rules and terms of use.

Let’s Rope is a public site with no age restrictions and we reserve the right to remove listings at anytime. Reasons for removal include but are not limited to:

• Non-relevant listings
• Inappropriate content
  Any and all use of profanity, pornography and content of questionable intent, including racial slurs and propaganda, is a violation and the listing will be removed immediately.
• Scamming or Soliciting
  If a member sends any type of spam to other users of our site advertising your own services, your account will be deleted, email blocked from further ad responses and you will be marked as a spammer.

When creating a listing, please limit one item, animal, or trailer per ad. For cattle, you may list these animals as a group offering. It makes it easier for consumers to sort the listings and increases chances of trading. We do not guarantee the sale of items listed on Let’s Rope.

When placing photos on a Let’s Rope listing, the member agrees to allow Let’s Rope & South Texas Tack to use photos and text for purposes of advertising and promotions. Members are solely responsible for obtaining permission from professional photographers, etc. to display images on our site. We will remove any image labeled “PROOF.” If we are informed of a copyright violation by our member, we will remove the image without notice.

We allow website links in ads, however you cannot use any verbiage that implies that you have anything else for sale. For example, you CANNOT write “Check out other saddles for sale at www.otherurl.com” If violated, your listing will be edited or removed at the discretion of our admistration.

The Let’s Rope staff also reserves the right to edit ads for a variety of reasons, to include but not be limited to:

• Misspellings
• Improved search engine optimization
• Removal of inappropriate content
• Shorten ad titles
• Remove unnecessary symbols or text

It is up to the discretion of the website administration to delete or edit any ads that do not meet our guidelines.

Let’s Rope cannot be held responsible for violations created by its members. These violations include, but are not limited to: copyright violation, trademark violation, trade names or patents, or other content which is in violation of any local, state or federal laws.
